Yogurt Parfait

A few weeks ago, we went out to La Madeleine for breakfast.  Since we don’t eat meat, we decided to order a few of their healthy breakfast options, including a yogurt parfait.  It was delicious!  I couldn’t get enough of it.  I knew right away that it would become a family breakfast favorite.  It’s super healthy, and really easy to make.

For this recipe, all you need is some yogurt, fruit and granola.  We actually found some great little bags of flavored granola at Target, which work really well for this parfait (the vanilla almond crunch is our favorite!).  This is a great, healthy breakfast for the entire family that will keep you energized the whole morning long!


  • 1/2 cup low-fat, vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup chopped strawberries
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup granola or meusli


In a large glass or bowl, pour in half of the yogurt.  Top with half of the strawberries, blueberries and granola.

Pour in the rest of the yogurt, and top with the rest of the berries and granola.


Makes 1 serving, and can easily be doubled.
